These terms govern your use of Bask. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
Your account
You are responsible for your account and for keeping your login secure. You must provide accurate information and be old enough to use the app in your region (at least 13).
Acceptable use
Use Bask only for its intended purpose. Do not misuse the service, attempt to break its security, disrupt other users, reverse-engineer it, or use it to violate any law.
Not medical advice
Bask provides fitness and training guidance for informational purposes only. It is not medical advice and is not a substitute for a qualified professional. Consult a physician before starting any exercise program, and stop and seek help if you feel unwell. You train at your own risk.
Your content
You retain ownership of the data you enter (workouts, profile, coach messages). You grant us the limited right to store and process it to operate the app for you, as described in our Privacy Policy.
Termination
You may stop using Bask and delete your account at any time from the You screen. We may suspend or terminate access that violates these terms or harms the service or other users.
Disclaimers & limitation of liability
The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms, which will show a new date above.
